POD #3

Jeff was able to come home yesterday afternoon. He had some great little nurses waiting for him and were very excited to see him. Thank you again for the continued support, texts, calls, & prayers. It means so much to us and they have definitely been felt. Once we get the pathology report Jeff will see an oncologist right away and start treatments soon after. This looked like an atypical tumor so we really won't know what we are up against until the report comes back.  Nonetheless, we continue to be thankful as of now it was just in the kidney.

With Ezra we happened to be studying the book of Job. This time around it was Hebrews 11. Tonight as I continued to study on to Hebrews 12 I was reminded that everyone is on a race in this life and we all will have obstacles during it, this just happens to be our current one. We pray that we continue to not lose sight of God through it all.

I took a run right after our appointment with the urologist when we found out to clear my mind and took this picture halfway through.
What a beautiful reminder it was for us to keep our feet on the path and our eyes focused straight ahead.
