Post-op

I was able to go up to the hospital for a little bit to be with Jeff tonight and am just leaving now (thank you nurse Kelly!). The surgery went well and as perfect as it could have gone. Our prayers were answered in a huge way and the tumor was contained within the kidney. Praise the Lord. This is so huge in his prognosis. Tears of joy! Pathology will take the 7-10 days for the report and then we’ll make a plan moving forward from there. We are forever grateful for all of your thoughts and prayers today.

I was at the beach when the surgeon called so I had to do a little jump for joy along with the tears.
